Four Months Old

Here is Abbey's four month old picture in her new butterfly outfit from Nana. Butterflies are the unofficial theme for Abbey's room. At four months, Abbey likes to gurgle and "sing" and tries to repeat what we say. She is smiling a lot now, and her tummy problems seem to be diminishing. At her four month check-up, she weighed in at 16 lbs. She rolled over for the first time on the exam table at the doctor's office because she liked the sound and texture of the paper on the table. She is eating rice cereal and enjoys watching her brothers, trying to figure out what in the world they are doing. She's definitely a people-watcher, but especially loves seeing her brothers race around and smiles whenever they are near. Just by talking to her, they help calm her down when she is upset. What a fun age!
