We met Nana at the mall and she treated the boys to a ride on the trampoline bounce. They were so excited to be so high up in the air, and it was neat to see them jump in sync.
Jeff and I also had the chance to have Seth all to ourselves while Nana took Nathan for the weekend. Nathan and Nana decided to do the same things as she and Seth did, while Seth helped us with the garage sale in the morning. Then we headed off to the mall for some train rides, merry-go-round rides and sitting on some big four wheelers. We also had a special dinner at Showmars...one of Seth's favorite restaurants.
Nana took Seth for his Special Day...the first time that the boys have ever been separated. Seth visited the Raptor Center, went on a his first pony ride, had icecream, watched a movie with Nana and played with Aunt Ali and Uncle Daniel. That left some special time for us to spend with Nathan! His choice was going to the mall to ride the train, merry -go-round and have an Orange Julius (a special treat that I used to have when I went to the mall with my mom). We packed a picnic lunch and ate it at the Concord Regional Airport while we had fun watching the planes take off. We topped off the day with a special dinner with just the 3 of us at Showmars....one of Nathan's favorite places to eat. It was a really great day with a really great kid!
