Mom and I headed up to Mt. Airy, NC where we enjoyed the day seeing the "Mayberry" sites. We had a nice lunch, followed by site seeing and then some shopping downtown. This is the second year my mom and I have been able to get away for a hike or another adventure...I really love this special time spent with just my mom!
