It's the most wonderful time of the year....

Jeff and I especially love Thanksgiving. Not only do we appreciate and consider our blessings with grateful hearts, we also enjoy the close fellowship of family and friends. In addition, it is an extra special joy to celebrate Nathan and Seth's birthdays. For the last two years, we have celebrated the boys' birthdays on Thanksgiving Day, surrounded by friends and family. A modest feast, followed by a simple party for the boys fills our day. Special people like my Grandpa and Grandma Seefried, as well as Nana and Papa, Grandpa and Grandma, Aunt Ali (who has hosted Thanksgiving for the last 2 years), cousin Megan who has made all three of the boys birthday cakes, and even Uncle Eric have attended each of the boys' birthdays. We are so thankful for a wonderful and supportive family! This year, my best friend and former college roommate came to visit for a whole week. Nathan and Seth loved having Meg here and were so sorry to see her go!

Nathan and Seth

Nathan and Seth will be three at the end of this month, and they are so full of wonder and excitement...I wanted to capture these moments before they were gone. We gave them their birthday present early so that they could enjoy it before the weather turned cold. Here they are sitting on their new (used) fire truck, riding around in the back yard. What fun to be a kid!
